Who we are

Founded in 2004 in Rennes, Namtuk is a French software company specialized in Windows automation. Our founders, who previously gained experience in various early dot-com enterprises, wanted to create tools that are simple, useful, and focused on what really matters: delivering exactly the features customers need, nothing more, nothing less.


Our journey

Since our beginnings, we have explored different software fields: ActiveX and .NET components, a messaging app, on-demand software and website, before finding our path in document automation. This journey led us to launch our flagship product, Automatic Email Manager, which quickly became a global reference for incoming email automation.
Today, more than 24,000 customers in 80 countries trust our solutions, from small businesses to large enterprises, in industries as diverse as libraries, pharmacies, and e-commerce.
Our portfolio reflects mixed outcomes: some products didn’t meet expectations, others succeeded and gained acclaim, and several were acquired by major companies.
